That One Song

I don’t think “Rent” is that great of a show, but there’s just something about that one song. You know which one I mean. Watch this and tell me if it doesn’t hit you in the gut, too.

Thanks to Kyle for the link.

*gasp* You speak gay blasphemy! You don't like RENT!?!?! Perhaps I am a bit biased as it seems that was the soundtrack to my coming out process, but nonetheless, it is nothing less than a masterpiece. In my experience, people who didn't like RENT very much didn't really listen to it... they *heard* it, but they never *listened*.

Anyways, remember that date we set to work on the HRC site? Well my friend, you can bet my laptop and my RENT playlist on iTunes will be with as well. ;-) Have a great weekend. Ta ta!

I remember going up to Chicago with friends to see Rent back in early 1998. We rushed seats for the front two rows of the theatre.

I didn't get the show the first time I saw it, but then I attended another show at Indiana Univ. down in Bloomington, and ended up really loving Rent.
