Why do I look so depressed today?

  • Because I’m at work.
  • Because my feet look abnormally large.
  • Because I’m wearing a pink shirt.
  • Because I’m sitting alone on a couch.
  • Because I missed the bus this morning by .5 seconds, or 2 steps, however you look at it.
  • Because it’s raining. (No, wait, that’s good.)
  • Because I’m at work. (No, really I don’t mind.)
  • Because I was up late at focus groups and working on an HRC project.
  • Because I have to move this weekend.

No need to send me Wellbutrin, though. I’ll be just fine after some Caribou.
